Mr. David Smith has been Head of Midlands Property finance Team at Barclays Plc since March 2006. Mr. Smith had a five-year period at Anglo Irish Bank where he was the architect of its growth in the Birmingham-based Midlands office. Mr. Smith worked in Nottingham, where in 1996 he established the first property finance team for NatWest outside of London, covering the Midlands and South West regions.
