Mr. de Brondeau served as Global Co-heads of Syndicate and Loan Sales & Trading at SG Corporate & Investment Banking. He 0served as Global Co-Head of Syndication at Societe Generale Group since October 13, 2008. Mr. de Brondeau served as Global Head of Syndication within the Capital Raising and Financing Division at SG Corporate & Investment Banking. Mr. de Brondeau joined Soci??t?? G??n??rale Corporate & Investment Banking in 1997 within the Equity Capital Markets origination team, participating in equity capital transactions for large French clients. He was appointed Head of Equity-Linked Products in 2004 and Head of Equity-Linked Products and Equity Syndication in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. de Brondeau served at Cr??dit Commercial de France within its Equity Capital Markets team. He is a graduate from HEC.
