Mr. Nicholas Wright, also known as Nick, has been the Head of Equities for Asia Pacific at Barclays PLC since May 2013. Mr. Wright served as the Head of Global Markets of Barclays Securities Japan Limited (alternative name Barclays Capital Japan Ltd.) since December 5, 2011 and was responsible for overseeing all sales and trading activities in Japan, including fixed income, rates and equities. Mr. Wright served as Head of Investment Banking Unit for Japan at Barclays PLC. Mr. Wright joined Barclays PLC on November 25, 2011 and was responsible for bond, currency and commodity markets and also oversaw Australian bond trading from Tokyo. Mr. Wright served as Managing Director of Credit Suisse Group AG. He held senior positions at Morgan Stanley.
