Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay structure is dependent on managers and it's different across the board. Some give cost of living some don't. Some increase in the summer some in the winter. Some give bonuses some don't. And everyone ends up doing more than their job description and there is no review process to document it
The compensation structure varies by location and by manager. There is not a clear review/bonus/salary process and no universal annual increase.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team cares about each other both in and out of work. It is much more enjoyable to work with people you know personally.

People really do display the company values and operate with respect and value teamwork. If you voice needing help, someone will jump in.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with people I would actually work with, we spent the time discussing real projects and challenges at hand rather than stock questions, and I received feedback in a timely manner.
They were very flexible with my schedule and moved quickly between rounds.
