Most people think the communication from top down could be better + clearer. For the most part it's positive.
How's the work life balance at Bark & Co?
Again, as long work is done you can leave. But it's a matter of principle .. if you come in at 8 .. you stay till 5:30.. if you come in at 9 you stay till 6:30 so on

Yes. Bark does freelance.

Depends. Sometimes it comes from supervisors recognizing their workers' potential and sometimes it's from asking for it.

Awesome! It's a great culture with a young, fun vibe where dogs reign supreme. It's also pretty laid back. They work on a "get your stuff done smart and well and you can tool away on passion projects."
