Medicine is just not the same

An actual pay increase or bonus commiserate with performance scores.

Always looked down upon, very unappreciated, under compensated

They say the pay is competitive; however based upon our shift and what is required of the position, the pay rate should be much higher. Undervalued is an understatement; but the leadership team lacks in leadership and operates under a secrecy model.
