This man could not care less about his employees. It truly is unfortunate for a leader to be making well into a 7 figure salary while so many of his employees strugle and are even receiving government assistance due to their lack of wage, regardless of being full time and working overtime.

The overall culture has been positive but the compensation is very poor. Even employees with great performance evaluations get no raise but executives get 50-100% percent of their pay as a ‘bonus’. Really sends the wrong message as a healthcare wor

They say the pay is competitive; however based upon our shift and what is required of the position, the pay rate should be much higher. Undervalued is an understatement; but the leadership team lacks in leadership and operates under a secrecy model.
