They promote the health mission for a healthier lifestyle and live to be such.

Being with my co-workers and helping the patients/families feel comforted on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well, the culture is not positive and the environment is unhealthy thanks to lack of leadership and support. However, the only positive is my co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They say the pay is competitive; however based upon our shift and what is required of the position, the pay rate should be much higher. Undervalued is an understatement; but the leadership team lacks in leadership and operates under a secrecy model.
