Ms. Michelle Ash has been Chief Innovation Officer at Barrick Gold Corporation since December 2016. Ms. Ash served as Senior Vice President of Business Transformation & Innovation at Barrick Gold Corporation until December 2016. She served as the Chief Operating Officer of Acacia Mining plc since June 2015 until November 6, 2015. Ms. Ash has more than 20 years working experience in the Mining and Manufacturing Industries in Executive, Managerial, Advisory and Consultancy role. She served as an Executive General Manager of Planning and Business Improvement at Acacia Mining plc since joining it in December 2013. Prior to Acacia Mining, Ms. Ash served as Head of Alliance Planning and Co-ordination for BHP Mitsibushi Alliance.
