Barrick pays at P-50. Middle of the road, I believe if they a little more competitively they would have better retention with front line supervisors.

Act as a team, practice the "One team One mission all the time" not just when it suites them. It is very cut-throat. When times are good everyone is supportive, when times are bad everyone points fingers. That is not how things should be. We rise and fall together.
