Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
hourly is not salary and that's what we were told upon hiring which was a false pretense and they actually expect overtime with no pay too
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people here, hardworking, fun people, and all driven.
People afe tbe best part for sure
Most of them are enthusiastic

Interviewed with the person who became my boss. I got lucky though. Most do not and just get randomly assigned
