They are mostly all former teachers so they get it.

I love how I can do what I love (teach) and still get paid!

What did you like most about the interview process?
They really wanted to know ME for ME, I was happy about that personal touch.
There was one than one person doing the interview.
I got to meet with my future boss and a subject area expert in my field

What makes you most happy at work?
I love teaching my AP class. The pupils I teach are so motivated it makes me so happy.
