2 swivel/glider chairs were bought through Key Furniture, Lake Oswego. We ordered emerald green fabric. We waited 16 weeks for delivery. We received on June 10th. The stitching was beige and did not match the green velvet. 3 nail punctures found through fabric. Fabric scuffed in few spots.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is commission based. So depending on how much furniture one sells each month determines one's salary. There are months when even the best sales person just does not sell. There are numerous persons who enter the store simply to browse. The pay is just not enough!
