CUSTOMER SERVICE and shipping in a reasonable amount of time

What can this brand most improve?

Very horrible customer service after receiving poorly fabricated merchandise that deteriorated after one wearing. There was zero customer support after receiving very low quality item. No single individual managed my dilemma with me. Every contact was a different name. The item was falling apart.

Leadership is poor and needs an overhaul
