What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their communication. No one has perfect communication with all team members but they are always working on it and trying to be better than they were the day before.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fair for the position, but cost of living is so high in the Bay Area that compensation across all industries is relatively low.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It isn't a living wage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers are very friendly and helpful.
They are reliable, caring and work well together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's important to the leaders and they are actively looking at ways to improve. You can tell they care about their team members and want them to succeed. Sometimes it's hard due to the size and how quickly the company grew but at least they are working on it.
It is a caring environment, they really work to develop an engaging and supportive atmosphere for employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be less hostile.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Working with the recruiter and having the opportunity to meet two other people in the company that I would work with the most. I felt very comfortable and confident and I think that is a reflection of their professionalism and kindness.

What makes you most happy at work?
The level of professionalism and the team work. Working in Scotts Valley is also wonderful! The building is beautiful, clean, surrounded by trees on the outside and by amazing art on the inside.
