Competitive pay and lots of new/upgraded benefits rolling out
We have a bonus program
I think it's fair and competitive compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working at a company where we preach valuing employees to our clients, but it is an inside joke that everyone is underpaid at this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to roll up sleeves and help others regardless of whether or not it outside of their current role.
They want to achieve greatness.

Laid back feel, but works hard and ready to do good work
Everyone is open, friendly and hardworking.

Get rid of the snakes in charge

Talking with leaders, before they revealed they were liars
I was able to interact with and get to know company leaders, including the CEO.
It was a thoughtful interview process with good questions that go into how my skills will match the company goals.
