Employees are not paid well. The environment is toxic. Upper management pressures mid-management into overworking techs. The idea of a thank you from the company is a pizza for the top team. Management turns a blind eye to things that are hazardous to meet deadlines and expectations from CEO.

Listening to lower level employees. Take responsibility. Ensure a safe environment, and prioritize that over a deadline. Keep managers up to date on how to actually manage a team. Give promotions and bonuses based on merit, not years in the company.

No. They underpay people and micromanage instead of hiring people who they believe are qualified.

Very undervalued. My initial offer was so low, that manager at a fast food company was making more at the time. I was put off from getting a raise for several years, until I decided to resign. That is when they made me a real offer.

Coworkers were completely unprofessional and had no boundaries. Leadership never did anything about the issues, even after they were aware. Work was left halfway done, to be discovered by 2nd shift, or by downstream team that needed to meet a deadline.

Some coworkers were nice, but were afraid to speak up due to retaliation form other coworkers and even upper management.

Interview was very direct and HR was nice

The interviewers were very nice and very inquisitive. Once you are hired, their attitude changes, and nothing that they say in the interview is 100% true. Processes or machines they say are in the process of acquisition, never actually happen. It is disheartening.

Budget is always underestimated. Techs do not get the proper tools needed to work. Machines are very old, and not always repaired in a timely manner. Hiring needs to filter the new employees and make sure they have the correct skills and knowledge that they say they do.
