I didn't have an interview. I got hired immediately.

For the most part i work alone. I absolutely love that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doing way more work then the pay is worth. Actually getting regular raises.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees and management doing what their supposed to and treating each other right.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not start so much drama and get along. Act like adults. Be respectful of each other.
