Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be paid equally based on merit and skills
Nobody listens to the employees and it feels like you're talking to a brick wall
South Florida is already lower than national average but given the amount of work required here, is about 25% too low

at this time, the morale in the office is definitely extremely low.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything! Management is by far the worst!

Very fit focused with interesting technicals
