Mr. Kennedy served as Senior Vice President of Corporate & Private Banking at Keystone, a subsidiary of Knbt Bancorp. Inc. from November 2003 to May 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Banking and Commercial Lending for Nazareth National Bank since September 2001 until October 2003. He served as Senior Vice President and Sector Manager of Summit Bank, Princeton, New Jersey from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Kennedy serves as a Trustee at Allentown Art Museum of the Lehigh Valley.
