Just to be made to not feel like a number
I believe that the divide between the top positions and the lower positions should not be as wide as it is
25% salary increase would make me feel better

In my department, we are required to support the entire branch network; therefore, we have the knowledge of numerous job descriptions, yet we are not compensated fairly for the ability to perform different jobs plus our own

The company is great, I have no complaints about upper management. My issues are with my Market Leader. She needs to be more professional and stop talking bad about certain associates with other associates. She needs to also lead by example. She constantly says that she doesnt feel like working.
