What are some of the best things about your team?
My team needs some work. There are a few of us on board who fully embrace the BB&T culture but there are a few members of my team who like to gossip and talk bad about the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
BB&T is a caring company, not only for its clients but for its associates as well. BB&T has a culture and they stick by its values. It means a lot to know that I work for such an amazing company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is great, I have no complaints about upper management. My issues are with my Market Leader. She needs to be more professional and stop talking bad about certain associates with other associates. She needs to also lead by example. She constantly says that she doesnt feel like working.
