Treating their employees better, non harassing and not being disrespectful.
Making sure their team is happy.

Insurance and vacation and other benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as i do alot, my ex manager was always out of work and i had to take over while doing my job.
I've been look at comprable jobs and all of them pay at least $20k more.
No pay raises after years of employment
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works together to accomplish great things
Strong support and communication. Open to new ideas.

Everyone is unhappy and under appreciated.
