Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the positions require a lot of work and therefore should pay more. We should also offer more full time positions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are enthusiastic, we work together, there is so much support for sales teams and managers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They believe in being there for every woman special occasions. They strive to make women feel good about themselves! I love that they want to empower women!

I was asked really great questions on what I would do in certain scenarios which gave me insight into the company and what they look for.
