The vps are broaderline incomponent - especially the cfo and vp of facilities (what a dynamic duo), plus the director of corporate services is a fraudster who lacks the moral and ethcial capacity to be in this role. The support departments are treated horribly.

Being actual leaders - they dont use metrics and are scared to upset the unions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being lied to by the executive team - being treated poorly by the 3rd rate educators (who could never get hired at ubc or sfu)
