Kent C. Gardner — President of West Division at Beacon Roofing Supply

Mr. Kent C. Gardner has been President of West Division at Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. since 2018. Mr. Gardner served asan Executive Vice President-West Division at Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. since April 2012 until 2018. Mr. Gardner served as an Executive Vice President of Beacon Roofing Supply Inc., and served as its Senior Vice President of Shelter Midwest Shelter Southwest and Pacific Supply. Mr. Gardner is responsible for the overall operations of Shelter Midwest, Shelter Southwest and Pacific Supply regions. Mr. Gardner served as Senior Vice President of Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. since January 1, 2011. Mr. Gardner started his career after serving in the United States Army and served as a Military Police Officer from 1994 to 1998. He joined Beacon in 2005 and served as its Vice President since March 2007. Mr. Gardner spent eight years with Cintas Corporation serving as an Assistant Group Vice President from 2004 to 2006, Area General Manager from 2003 to 2004, General Manager from 2000 to 2003, Sales Manager from 1999 to 2000 and Service Manager from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Gardner's leadership skills have been key to many of the important changes that is implemented in several acquired companies over the years. He graduated from the University of Missouri as a Student/Athlete earning three Varsity Letters in Football.
