What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always there to teach and improve skills
Seem relatable, down-to-earth & innovative.
They are alright for the most part

Very good at listening to lower level employees and making changes as needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading in a manner that promotes real positivity not just saying team all the time makes you feel important or truly part of a "team".
Understanding the value of the employee and overcoming the expendable mentallity. It is not all about making the shareholders their money and making sure Julian gets his 6 million a year and the regional presidents get their 2 plus million. I challenge them to get on a roof and load shingles.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k is the best thing
The commision structure is good long term
Stocks and incentive plans are a plus
Vacation and sick time and etc
Great health care package and ability to buy partial stocks in Beacon.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sharing more of the profits with employees instead of the stock holders

They do the jobs of multiple employees
Cohesiveness with them at work
The comradery shared with them
Everyone works hard and takes initiative
They are hard workers and don't complain corporate is the problem

I was actually motivated because I was told the company was headed in great direction
Easy to talk to the supervisor
All aspects of the job were explained and examples shown so that there were no surprises for the position.
