Leading in a manner that promotes real positivity not just saying team all the time makes you feel important or truly part of a "team".
Understanding the value of the employee and overcoming the expendable mentallity. It is not all about making the shareholders their money and making sure Julian gets his 6 million a year and the regional presidents get their 2 plus million. I challenge them to get on a roof and load shingles.
