Mr. Beasley served as Chief Executive Officer of Beasley Broadcast Group Inc. since 1961 until December 31, 2016. He served on the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters' Board of Directors for eight years. Mr. Beasley was awarded the Distinguished Broadcaster of North Carolina Award in 1988. Mr. Beasley holds a BA and an MA degree from Appalachian State University.
