Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was paid less than a dollar more than the state minimum wage and a full time employee scheduled for less than 24 hours a week.
If I was given the accounts back that I got on the station and given a salary vs. just commission. This company could care less about it's employees and especially its sales staff
What are some of the best things about your team?
Knowledgeable and highly skilled. Team is self sufficient and strong communicators
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We could communicate better so we don't step on each others toes when calling on accounts. Other than that my co workers are helpful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company needs to invest back into it's employees and stop cutting back on everything. Showing some appreciation would be nice as well instead of threats.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Met with all the key players not just a hiring manager

The environment and the coworkers are pretty great. Strong culture. Strong leadership
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel I can succeed with this company and the way the company philosophy is I doubt it can be improved.
