Higher raise respect being appeciated
To actually get more than a 2% raise. We have been getting 2% for many years and they act like this is some major accomplishments on their part. We are actually being underpaid.

We have had more and more responsibilities added to our job without any thanks, whether verbal or monetary. A raise would be great, but a simple thank you for doing more would go a long way.

I do to much and work entirely you card for the pay I'm receiving. Bank tellers and cashiers at target are making more than me.
