Higher raise respect being appeciated

To actually get more than a 2% raise. We have been getting 2% for many years and they act like this is some major accomplishments on their part. We are actually being underpaid.

They are skilled and work together to get the job done in the face of short staffing. Although they are labeled by leadership as bullies and mean because they know their job and speak up when they see something wrong and they say something. This is wrong
