well it was a long time ago and involved my direct manager and the doctor I was going to be working for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They welcome different opinions to help improve the system no matter who the input comes from, the housekeeper to a doctor it doesn't matter
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The department that I am a part of focus's on acute care and we feel as a group that we are way under paid for the work we do and the risk we take
