Through the hard times, our team has gotten very close and supports each other.
Management is not fixing problems with patient transport, short staffing, and generally does not listen
They do not listen to our team's input on problems arising, do not value their staff, no longer work with us, and favor money over patient care and workplace safety
We have had more and more responsibilities added to our job without any thanks, whether verbal or monetary. A raise would be great, but a simple thank you for doing more would go a long way.
