Brett Biggs — Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at bebe stores

Mr. Brett M. Biggs has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. since January 1, 2016. Mr. Biggs served as the Chief Financial Officer of International Division at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. from January 2014 to December 31, 2015 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Walmart International Division since January 2014 until December 31,2015. He joined Wal-Mart in 2000 and is responsible for all financial activities and strategy for Sam's Club. Mr. Biggs worked in all of the retailer's three major divisions since 2000. Mr. Biggs served as Chief Financial Officer of Sam's West, Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Walmart U.S. and held senior positions in the Sam's Club division before that. Previous to that, he served in various capacities including Senior Vice President of Global Finance and Senior Vice President of International Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions. He led the strategy and execution for Wal-Mart's entry into Japan and India as well as acquisitions and partnerships in China, the U.K., Brazil and Central America. Prior to joining Wal-Mart, Mr. Biggs served various M&A and corporate finance positions with Leggett & Platt, a Fortune 500 diversified manufacturing company, Phillips Petroleum Co. and Price Waterhouse.
