Mr. Michael C. Bailey serves as General Counsel at Bechtel Group, Inc. and Bechtel Corporation. Mr. Bailey served as General Counsel of InterGen N.V. since June 2004 and also served as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Bailey was responsible for InterGen's legal and insurance functions. Mr. Bailey served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Bechtel Enterprise Holdings, Inc. (BEn), where his responsibilities included its legal, external affairs and human resources functions. He had business responsibility for telecommunications and direct investments; and legal responsibility for Bechtel Group's corporate, finance and shareholder activities. Mr. Bailey was a Partner in the Toronto office of the Canadian law firm, Borden, Ladner & Gervais. He serves as a Director of Bechtel Corporation. He serves as a Director of Bechtel Australia Proprietary Limited and Bechtel Group, Inc. Mr. Bailey received his Law degree from the University of Toronto and is qualified to practice Law in Ontario, Canada and California, USA.
