What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like that I can have time off if needed, and that I'm able to have dental, health, and vision insurance

They are proactive at researching and basing compensation at market value.
There are many resources available to springboard an individual into better overall health and wellness on levels of financial, physical, emotional, etc. When someone wants to pursue a higher level of education, that's supported too.

The company's idea of a reward is a pizza party. When record numbers are reached, we deserve to see the benefits of that more directly.
My role is unique and complex. Supervisors and leadership don't fully understand what goes into my role therefore they don't know how to accurately compensate me.
