i think its what you expect from a office job we go to work and we serve those we can at our job and we try to maintain peace but sometimes that can be difficult from dealing with happy customers to sometimes upset

It's a good work environment with fun people. The work itself can be draining, but I think they do what they can to make it better. I wish the training were more in-depth and lasted longer, but the coaches and managers do what they can to help out with any problems--especially for new hires!

There are many resources available to springboard an individual into better overall health and wellness on levels of financial, physical, emotional, etc. When someone wants to pursue a higher level of education, that's supported too.

The company's idea of a reward is a pizza party. When record numbers are reached, we deserve to see the benefits of that more directly.

My role is unique and complex. Supervisors and leadership don't fully understand what goes into my role therefore they don't know how to accurately compensate me.
