It's a good work environment with fun people. The work itself can be draining, but I think they do what they can to make it better. I wish the training were more in-depth and lasted longer, but the coaches and managers do what they can to help out with any problems--especially for new hires!

Even though we're focused on taking calls and getting the work done, my coworkers and I still manage to have fun together.
