I like the way they have a work/life balance and what you be able to spend time with your family/friends.

It was a while ago and was with a previous company, then there was the merger with Advantguard, however it was an easy one

Being able to interact with my co-works. There are times I do miss being in an office and having a bit more on an interaction with people
