Having some sort of stock option would be great
I wish we had some form of benefits as part time workers
I dont get stock options or benefits as part time.

The company's idea of a reward is a pizza party. When record numbers are reached, we deserve to see the benefits of that more directly.
My role is unique and complex. Supervisors and leadership don't fully understand what goes into my role therefore they don't know how to accurately compensate me.
