Family like home. Makes it comfortable and relaxing even though it's a very fast pace due to new opening and not all the kinks worked out yet.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since I had all my qualifications and multiple years experience plus attending college for degree, I believe I should be making more. It is a small town though, so I understand a little, but I know how much nursing homes make per year per resident etc
