What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership is carried out with respect through all of the chains of command and everyone is very kind
They're nice people and will do anything to help you
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication! Our management team never communicates with each other, so things are lost in translation and it makes the lower level employees look bad.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are really good. The company is very supportive of their employees
The health insurance is excellent and definitely worth the cost.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay, better benefits and more respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all communicate effectivly and everyone is there to help eachother out
They are team players and are nice
Our team is the best at problem solving.

Not so much gossip and trash talking
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its fast paced and everyone is at there best at all times
All my colleagues attitudes are the best
Very supportive of me and my work endeavors
We are all pretty much self sufficient and don't need a ton of guidance

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay for bottom line employee
Structure would help and listening to our customers
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that you are interviewed twice by the person hiring you and the person that will be leading you
Very interactive. 5-6 managers were involved in my interviewing process.
