- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Family like home. Makes it comfortable and relaxing even though it's a very fast pace due to new opening and not all the kinks worked out yet.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Since I had all my qualifications and multiple years experience plus attending college for degree, I believe I should be making more. It is a small town though, so I understand a little, but I know how much nursing homes make per year per resident etc
