What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our culture encourages data-driven decision making, autonomy to innovate and create, and testing (success and failure) to improve and grow. This culture has been built from the top and reflects throughout the organization.
They're honest, generous, approachable and spare no expense in pursuit of a happy and satisfied employee team and a product that is second to none. They cut no corners and are distinguished by their integrity. When my daughter had a blood condition, the COO offered to help me with our medical costs

Generous and partially tied to the Company's successes, but also to a figure that is independent.

Fell more appreciated, no micro management

People care about doing great work but laugh plenty and don't take themselves too seriously.
