What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be very transparent and candid.
There is no leadership. If you bring concerns you are out. If you say yes you are in.

Speak up in the meetings
Lack integrity, camaraderie, team work. It's every man for himself to move ahead. Highly competitive cut throat environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our scope of work is broad and we can make impact on a global scale.

Incompetent managers controlling little people with unreasonable deadlines and expectations.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Great transparency from the interviewer. All remote interviews due to Covid-19.
The recruiters communicated responsively and the entire process didn't take long.
