Just having benefits is worth it to me
I think it is equivalent or better than most companies. They try to offer the best they can find.
expectation on employees is extremely high. giving your all is never enough. production/manufacturing employee turn around rate is high. this, in turn, places extra work/duties onto others. wage/salary never adjusted accordingly. yearly raises are minimal, along with bonuses.
You are only noticed when they want more from you or your group
