I'm a new intern but the company treats me like I'm needed. I've given interesting work and tasks and everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful.

It's a great company with lots of visibility to senior leadership who is open to listening and implementing feedback into future initiatives. I think our growth strategy is strong, but it leads us to be a bit too disorganized and unfocused.

The CEO has no idea about the product being made. He does know how to make money. He is very arrogant and wants everyone to know how smart he is through letters he writes to everyone. He even claimed to think faster than the rest of us.

Just having benefits is worth it to me

I think it is equivalent or better than most companies. They try to offer the best they can find.

expectation on employees is extremely high. giving your all is never enough. production/manufacturing employee turn around rate is high. this, in turn, places extra work/duties onto others. wage/salary never adjusted accordingly. yearly raises are minimal, along with bonuses.

The people are super friendly and ready to help out in any way they can. I've never had someone tell me they won't support what I'm doing, and this gives me agency to take more risks with networking.

teamwork is excellent. supervisor is WONDERFUL! all administrative personnel at Pennsylvania plant are very compassionate, understanding, and forgiving. everyone tries to help when/where they are able.

It's very self paced. We can make decisions without anyone looking over our shoulder all the time. Pretty laid back even when it gets hectic. I like it.

very understanding. attentive/active listening. willing to accept new production hires without previous training/experience. they give a tour to better explain the different departments and job descriptions

The interview process is very involved but in a way that felt methodical and deliberate, not tedious.
