Hendrikus P. C. Derksen — Senior VP of Finance & CFO at Belden

Mr. Hendrikus P. C. Derksen, also known as Henk, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Belden, Inc. since January 1, 2012. Mr. Derksen served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Belden, Inc. from July 2011 to December 2011. Mr. Derksen served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasurer of Belden, Inc. from January 2010 to July 2011. Mr. Rose served as Interim Managing Director of Belden, Inc. since January 25, 2008 and its Vice President of Finance of Europe since October, 2002. Mr. Rose returned to the U.S. as a Marketing Executive in 1990. He moved to Europe to lead the establishment of Belden's European presence with a distribution center and sales office in 1981. He rose through marketing and sales to general management. He joined Belden as a sales associate in 1972. In August of 2003, he became Vice President, Finance for the Belden's EMEA division, after joining the Company at the end of 2000. Prior to joining the Belden, he was Vice President and Controller of Plukon Poultry, a food processing company from 1998 to 2000 and has 5 years' experience in public accounting with Price Waterhouse and Baker Tilly. Mr. Derksen has a M.A. in Accounting from the University of Arnhem in the Netherlands and holds a doctoral degree in Business Economics in addition to an Executive Master of Finance & Control from Tias Business School in the Netherlands. Mr. Rose Graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
