What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is always ready to offer guidance and support. They also have provided various opportunities of growth for me personally and have allowed me to gain various different real world experiences.

Need more long term planning in advance

Forming and sticking to a plan
Communication, time for interfacing with employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is a bit low compared to the market. Bonuses aren't very healthy and are based on metrics suited for sales dept.

Less siloing between functional teams.
We seem to be not willing to spend enough on building quality in from the beginning, starting with PM, design, and competent engineering
